Privacy Policy — Bobber Bay

This policy explains what information the mobile game Bobber Bay ("the App"), published by Romain Studios, collects, how it is used, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or precise location in the App.

Game progress is stored locally on your device. Romain Studios does not operate servers that receive or store your game data. If this changes, we will update this policy.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App shows ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect and process:

• your device's advertising ID (Android Advertising ID),
• IP address (used to estimate general location),
• device and app information (such as model, OS version, app version, language),
• ad interaction data (impressions, clicks), and diagnostic data related to ads.

Google's use of this data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and in Google's Privacy Policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choices: You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android device settings (for example Settings > Privacy > Ads, or Settings > Google > Ads, depending on the device).

3. Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland and other regions)

Where required by law, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for your consent before personalized ads are shown and before data is used for advertising. You can change your choice through the privacy options offered in the App where available, or by contacting us. If you do not consent, you may still see non-personalized ads.

4. Analytics

The App does not use any analytics service beyond the data collected by Google AdMob described above. We do not use Firebase or any other analytics SDK.

5. Children

Bobber Bay is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

6. How we use information

Only to run the game, show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and fix problems. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Sharing

Information is shared only with the service provider described above (Google AdMob) for the purposes described, or when required by law.

8. Retention

Data stored on your device stays there until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Data processed by Google is retained according to Google's policies.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under Canada's PIPEDA or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold account data on our own servers, many requests are best handled through your device settings and Google's tools; you can also contact us at romainstudiosapps@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. For residents of the EEA/UK, the legal basis for personalized advertising is your consent. You may complain to your local data protection authority, or in Canada to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

10. International transfers

Google may process data in the United States and other countries.

11. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

12. Changes

We will post any updates on this page and change the effective date above.
